How are your products eco-friendly?
The footwear we carry uses textiles made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. Depending on size and design, between 3 and 8 plastic bottles are used per pair. The UNDA brand products are made with upcycled cement paper bags sourced from the construction industry. By giving a second use to discarded materials and turning them into beautiful, practical products we help reduce their environmental impact.

How DO I CHOOSE MY shoe SIZE?
Shoes are labeled in US sizes. For additional help, check the size chart at the bottom of each product page.
Do you offer half sizes?
We offer whole sizes only. Please review the size charts at the bottom of each product page. We are happy to help you in deciding if better to size up or down.

where do you ship?
Currently we ship primarily within Canada and USA. For other countries, please send us a message or e-mail; we will follow up to offer you a competitive shipping rate.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Our shipping rates are based on order value. Canada: $0-$36 order value ships for $2; $37-$50 order value ships for $5; $51-$249 ships for $9.99. USA: $0-$36 ships for $3; $37-$50 ships for $7; $51-$249 ships for $14.99. Free shipping all orders above $249 in Canada and USA. Currency is Canadian Dollars. For other countries, please send us a message or e-mail; we will follow up to offer you a competitive shipping rate.
What are your shipping methods?
For Canada and USA, we ship primarily with Canada Post Expedited Parcel™. For other countries, we use Canada Post or other major couriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, Purolator, etc.).
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once we process your order (next 1-2 business days) and your order is on its way we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Please be aware we only ship on business days. Orders placed Friday afternoon or weekends will be shipped the following week.
is a signature required for delivery?
Not for Canada and USA. For other countries, dependent on method of shipment and country-specific requirements.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All our orders ship from Calgary, Canada.
What is the shopping currency?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). This includes shipping rates.
what payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal to securely accept payment. A PayPal account is not required to check out. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
WILL sales tax BE added?
Yes, within Canada, GST and PST/HST will be added depending on the province or territory of delivery destination. For the USA and other countries, no taxes are applied.
Can more than one discount code be used?
No, when a promo/discount is offered, only one discount code can be used for a single purchase.
is my online payment secure?
Our site uses Paypal to process your payment, widely recognized as one of the most secure platforms for online payment. This means we do not receive your credit card information.
will i have to pay duties and/or customs fees?
Not when you are buying within Canada. For the USA and other countries, you may be required to pay duties and/or other customs fees. Ándale does not have control of these fees, nor can we estimate them since they can be different from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. We will be happy to assist you if you require more information on the product(s). Please note that we are unable to refund duties or other fees for returns or exchanges.
Do I have to create an account to purchase?
No. Creating an account is optional. An account can make check-out faster since your shipping and contact information is securely stored. You can also review your order history. Note that no billing information (e.g. credit card number) is stored in your account or anywhere in our site. Payments are processed separately through PayPal.
How can I confirm my order was placed?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
How quickly will my order be processed?
It will be processed in the next 1-2 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us a message or email to cancel your order. If you would like to change your order, please request cancellation of your original order within 24 hours and submit a new order.
what is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not sold on day one, we offer a 14-day trial period from the date of receipt. Please try the shoes only on clean, carpeted floors. Returns must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. We offer free return shipping in Canada and USA. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns for other countries at this time. The return must be post-marked within 14 days of date of receipt.
How long do I have to return an item after purchase?

My product is not what I expected. What can I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days. Shoes must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. The return must be post-marked within 14 days of date of receipt.
My product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. what can I do?
Please send us a message/email describing the issue (include photos). We will review and work with you for a refund, exchange or other option to your satisfaction.
How do you process a return? An exchange?
Please send us a message or email with all relevant information in your order and we will work with you to complete the return/exchange.
When can I expect my refund?
It can take up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We will send you a refund notification as soon as it has been issued. We will make every effort to expedite your refund as we process the return.
